Reformer Trainer Age 13+ Thursday

Reformer Training Guidance:

Must be aged 13+ plus

Reformer Pilates is particularly beneficial for individuals who are recovering from serious injury or experiencing issues with mobility and flexibility.

While using the Reformer Trainer it is suggested you wear shorts or leggings, a t-shirt or vest and grip or trampoline socks, (no shoes are permitted on the reformer). Please ensure that arrive onsite at least 5 minutes prior to your therapy start time. 

Reformer Training safety and effectiveness depend on various physical conditions and circumstances in practice. It is best to consult a health professional should you have any concerns or queries regarding your use. Please refer to the guidance provided on the Safety information for compression therapy. 

All bookings are non-refundable and come with a 48 hour cancellation policy.
